    RESPONSIBILITIES

    FreeWheel is hiring a Paris based Inventory Monetization Specialist Southern Europe, reporting to the Head of International Inventory Monetization Specialists. This team is responsible for supporting the growth of Freewheel Demand business through two areas of activities/responsibility:

    1. Supply knowledge and representation
    2. local DSP sales relationships

    This function will be responsible for being the liaise between demand and supply sales activity, insuring we represent inventory in our sales channels.

    It has also to create a strong relationship with local DSPs in order to raise any sales opportunities.

     

    This role will require constant collaboration with many functions in the company, including DSP team, Trading & Yield, supply sales, & account managers, demand sales & account managers.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Have a perfect knowledge of the supply available : urls / formats / devices / volumes / KPIs… Know what inventory we have and what we can do with it
    • Work with the supply sales & account manager teams on optimizating fill rates, floor prices, publishers to prioritize, configuration…
    • Master buyers needs to adapt the offer consequently
    • Get any valuable information from the local DSPs offices about the local programmatic ecosystem : valuable supply, rank of SSP, opportunity loss, competition
    • Promote inventory , create demand attraction when possible and coordinate with local sales and EMEA demand sales for operational inventory packaging and deals delivery
    • develop direct deals with DSPs for whom have a managed services activity

     

    In order to be successful, this person must thoroughly understand:

    • FreeWheel’s technology, service offerings, capabilities
    • The programmatic ecosystem and how various parties involved work and interact (e.g., SSPs, Ad Servers, DSPs, Trading Desks, etc.)
    • How to extract and analyze complex and diverse data

    ABOUT YOU

    • 3+ years digital experience at a programmatic advertising company, online publisher, or media/tech focused management consultancy
    • In-depth understanding of the digital video advertising market and metrics, strong familiarity with the competitive landscape and operational models of Supply Side Platforms (SSPs), and Demand Side Platforms (DSPs)
    • Proven experience working with complex datasets and building tactical and executive facing dashboards
    • Ability to independently structure and build presentations at all levels of insight across all functions (e.g., executive level strategy, in-depth data readouts, pain-point identification)
    • Ability to connect the dots between functions, identify areas for operational improvements through quantitative analysis, and drive implementation of recommendations

    Base salary: between EUR 40-55K
