    RESPONSIBILITIES

    As the trading and yield lead, you will be a key member of the FreeWheel Market International leadership team. In this role, you will support the growth of Freewheel Demand business through three areas of activities/responsibility:

    1. Marketplace Strategy, Growth Initiatives and Yield Analysis
    • Define Marketplace product business priorities, sales and product strategy
    • Define new growth levers for the marketplace and define action plan involving respective teams
    • Monitor margin and define action plan to increase margin (collaboration with Sales Operation, Inventory Monetization Specialists and Regional Sales Leads)

     

    1. Inventory acquisition
    • Offer buyers new valuable premium inventory
    • Increase key publisher retention on our tech stack
    • Increase reach and campaign performances
    • Improve business gross margin

     

    1. Inventory package management
    • Maximise inventory value creating high performing inventory packages

    ABOUT YOU

    We are looking for someone with the following attributes.

    • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
    • A strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and the underlying tech platforms.
    • A natural results oriented individual, with interpersonal skills and an excellent business sense.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels
    • Sales oriented, focused and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
    • Strong presentation skills.
    • Self-starter, team-oriented and self-motivated.
    • Proven knowledge of adv monetization strategies.
    • Excellent grasp of data analytics and financial KPIs.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross functional team.

     

    • Min 5 yrs experience in digital media business, preferably Media Sales House, Ad Network and/or Programmatic Marketplace.
    • Passion for online video advertising and technology.
    • Committed to delivering results for clients.
