    RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    We are hiring a Sales Operations & Data Analyst. This Role is based in Paris

    Directly reporting to the VP, international Sales & Business operations, you will support various senior executives throughout the organization by providing them with key data and analysis to give them an accurate overview of the business and help them with their decision’s making process.

    You will provide valuable insights on drivers of sales performance and customer activities with the goal of growing and maintaining customer value. You will support various customer-facing leaders through identification, prioritization, implementation, and tracking of operational improvements.

    This role will require constant collaboration with all functions in the BU. It also serves as a central point of contact for shared FreeWheel corporate functions (e.g., Finance, Legal, Marketing) to obtain performance metrics of the BU. The focus is to provide increased visibility to the BU executive leadership on overall business performance and participate in implementing operational and strategic improvements to drive revenue.

     

    As part of your duties you will: 

    • Gather internal needs in term of reporting and dashboards
    • Create and Manage reports and dashboards’ roadmap
    • Build and send regular reports internally, provide recommendations and insights
    • Design and monitor KPI’s for performance tracking
    • Implement and monitor Sales Compensation plan
    • Lead highly structured analysis to understand sales pipeline and revenue performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and present recommendations to senior management for consideration
    • Ensure Data integrity by providing support and training to stakeholders
    • Understand the data drivers behind the business and continuously improve on the reporting of those factors; requiring collaboration with stakeholders across sales & other departments (Finance, Business Analytics, Product Management, & Services)

    ABOUT YOU

    • Generally requires 2-3 years related experience in an analytics role
    • Experience working in the media or advertising technology industry would be a big advantage
    • Experience in BI Management and tech savvy
    • Rockstar MS Excel skills and advanced knowledge of Salesforce
    • Effective analytical and organizational skills
    • Fluent in English
    • Strong business acumen
    • Ability to travel 30% of your time
    • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders throughout the organization
    • Experience with Tableau and PowerBi would be a plus.

    Base salary: between EUR 60-80K
