    As Demand Account Manager Team Lead, you will be in charge of delivering services towards agencies and trading desks based in Europe such as trafficking, monitoring delivery and KPIs target. You will be part of Demand Client Services team and you will closely work with Demand Sales team (first business contact), trading desks and agencies buyers.


    The Demand Account Manager Team Lead is a senior role responsible for overseeing the Account management team day-to-day operations - in close interaction with our local Sales teams. You’ll be leading by example and provide both technical and account management expertise to the team.


          In this role, you will perform the following tasks:

    • Lead, manage and develop the account management team
    • Act as first point of support and escalation for the team
    • Work closely with Sales in a proactive approach
    • Be the first operational point of contact for Agencies, ATDs
    • Ensure the trafficking and set up of the open exchange campaigns managed by Demand Sales team: deals ID, Adserved campaigns (CPM, CPV, CPC, CPE)
    • Attend clients meeting with Sales (Campaigns reports, Deal IDs Post mortem analysis, issues, Quarterly Business reviews)
    • Debug issues with campaigns and creatives, manage troubleshooting escalations
    • Manage buyer’s technical questions and KPI targets (CTR, VTR…) while retaining Freewheel margin Monitoring delivery and performance (suggest additional sites, add data or 3rd partner tracking)
    • Provide inputs and alerts to improve delivery KPIs
    • Understand Client bidding behavior and orientate Sales team to drive more revenues.
    • Make sure sales administration is maintained: IO archiving, stats discrepancies for invoicing
    • Building education materials for both internal and external use
    • Share knowledge within your team as well with other Business Units
    • Provide feedback to Product


    The successful candidate will have the following attributes and experience.

    • Experience: Minimum 4/5 years of Account management/trafficking/adops experience with programmatic buying experience
    • Previous management experience
    • Developed lead-by-example management style
    • Additional language is a bonus
    • Familiarity with online video advertising and the video landscape
    • True technical expertise (HTML5, JS,..)
