    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Business Planning and Staffing team accelerates resourcing and business planning decisions across FreeWheel Client Services. The London-based Associate will work closely with all Client Services and Revenue teams to deploy the appropriate resources to accomplish business objectives. Additionally, the Associate will help drive operational excellence across the department through implementing resourcing process improvements, reporting, and data-driven-analysis.  Primary responsibilities include monitoring the pipeline of upcoming projects, assigning resources, reporting and analyzing staff KPIs, and enforcing contract terms.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Liaise with Revenue and Client Services teams to evaluate, prioritize, and execute inbound project requests
    • Allocate resources to contractual obligations as necessary and work with Client Services project owners to validate and monitor resource scheduling, contractual commitments, and proper project closeout
    • Monitor project status and scheduling at the portfolio level and highlight capacity risks and other resourcing issues to Services Management
    • Work with leadership to develop and execute on plans to promote operational excellence with respect to resource management and related systems.
    • Monitor project pipeline and work with cross departmental resources to ensure accurate project set up and reporting on key performance indicators

    ABOUT YOU

    • Bachelor’s degree; Preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Operations Management or a related field
    • 3-5 years of prior work experience
    • Experience with SalesForce is preferred
    • Ability to prioritize competing priorities using sound judgement
    • Exceptional analytical skills; able to develop, clearly present and draw conclusions from data sets
    • Basic understanding of Accounting and Financial Planning concepts
    • Energetic, self-motivated and effective under pressure - must enjoy the challenge of working within a fast-paced, demanding, and ever changing working environment
    • Strong project management skills; disciplined approach to managing processes and controls; a get it done attitude
    • Ability to speak French a plus
