    The Commercial Director DACH and Northern Europe will develop and lead the SSP sales strategy and execution and will own the related revenue targets across the Scandinavian and DACH countries. Additionally, she/he will support the Key Account sales team in identifying strategic accounts in the assigned regions.

    The Commercial Director DACH and Northern Europe will work closely with Services, Marketing, and Finance to support his team to drive incremental revenue opportunities. 



    Duties and Responsibilities


    • Able to set an accurate sales and execution strategy for the region
    • This role will demonstrate deep competency in programmatic products and supply monetization strategy & models.
    • Able to work with other business units within Comcast to leverage synergies and common expansion strategy and revenue goals.
    • Identifies sales opportunities across the assigned regions.
    • Ability to foster continuous dialog with senior client stakeholders around organizational, strategic, and operational issues impacting value generation.
    • Be viewed as a thought leader in industry circles by speaking at industry forums, publishing articles and delivering innovative solutions
    • Solution leader: Able to shape the roadmap of features requested by clients and lead discussion in relation with our Product team.
    • Develop, Manage and lead a senior Publisher Manager team
    • Owner for all forecasting and reporting of revenue targets in region.
    • Execute on quantitative and qualitative objectives set by the International BU executives which will guide regional go to market approach.
    • Support innovation around our service delivery model and provide guidance to the service and support organizations on how to execute improvements
    • Actively coach and develop regional Sales resources to surface value and drive new business



    • Familiar with the full spectrum of the programmatic Online Video ecosystem. A previous experience in managing SSP or DSP solutions would be considered a plus.
    • Cultivates, and manages high-level client relationships (e.g. C-level, VP, or Director) to build influence and trusted advisor status.
    • Sales leadership experience having built and executed sales team in the assigned region previously.
    • Experience building, delivering and selling business cases to executive level audience.
    • Be consultative, deliver clear messaging to our customers around strategy, vision, and most importantly, how our solutions can roadmap to bring value to the customer.  
    • Fluent in English, German mother tongue a plus
