    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Junior Publisher Manager will contribute to the development of Freewheel SSP partnerships with digital publishers in the Italian market.  


    The ideal candidate for this position will have experience with digital publishers, video ad platforms and/or ad networks, as well as a keen understanding of online programmatic advertising and related technologies. She/he will have proven experience selling and promoting online Ad tech solutions to publishers, particularly those with online video audiences.


     


    Key Responsibilities



    • Work closely with the IT Sales Lead to negotiate and develop relationships with publishers

    • Perform due diligence and quantitative/strategic analysis of potential partnership opportunities

    • Assist ad operation on maintenance and optimisation of publisher inventory monetisation

    • Troubleshooting coordination

    • Research digital industry / market trends, companies and digital

    • Track and evaluate metrics across publisher sites, as well as analysing metrics to determine overall trends and strategy

    ABOUT YOU

    Requirements



    • About 2 years of publisher development/sales experience

    • Proven ability and track record in developing and closing deals

    • Understanding of online video industry and business models (ad-supported in particular)

    • Familiarity with digital technology platforms

    • Excellent communication (both written and verbal), negotiation and presentation skills

    • Fluent English and Italian

    • BA/BS required
