1/ Your understanding how the role of the audience shapes what content is purchased, the structure of how it is delivered and the surrounding commercial models for the broadcast and online video business along with the challenges facing both the industry, content owners and distributors.
2/ Your understanding of the advertising ecosystem in being able to accurately capture our client’s business drivers, and the translation of their strategy into the tactical. Having lived it is the ideal from forecasting and selling through to delivery and its tracking.
1/ Qualify the client’s business, sales and operations teams and how their needs translate into the detail of execution is key for us engendering business change
2/ Architect and provide direct support for client’s API-level integration
