    Freewheel Advertisers (FWA) is looking for a solution-focused, media industry native to join the Delivery team in a newly established role - Client Solutions Manager.

    The right candidate will have experience working for/with media agencies and built strong knowledge of cross-channel campaign management especially in media planning and media buying. They will be given ownership for the successful delivery of our software. Having an ability to understand the needs of agencies against our system capabilities, propose solutions and lead the delivery of these solutions is the most important aspect of this role.



    • Conduct various styles of discovery session to understand the needs of prospective clients and new user groups
    • Translate these needs into one or more proposed solutions using standardised outputs
    • Run demos and proof of concepts to illustrate progress, gather feedback and optimise the software
    • Work with a cross-functional project team to successfully on-board new clients and user groups
    • Influence the pipeline and sequencing of implementations
    • Publish and present exec reports both internally and to client


    • Experience in a related role implementing software either in a vendor or key client contact capacity
    • Knowledge of cross channel campaign management is a must with experience in a media agency or solution provider to media agency. Media planning and buying are the most relevant areas.
    • Requires excellent business analysis skills
    • Experience producing well defined client requirements for product development teams in an Agile environment
    • Highly effective presenter and communicator
    • Some project management experience preferable
    • Assertive self-starter who enjoys collaborating cross-functionally to put the client first
