    RESPONSIBILITIES

    As Manager, Client Solutions SSP, you will be responsible for building, leading and managing the International Sales Engineer team based in several countries in Europe.

     

    The SE team’s role is to interact with Publishers and help them to translate their SSP business needs into technical solutions: you will uunderstand and articulate how the SSP platform works alongside and integrates with the other products and MRM in order to provide meaningful recommendations for SSP clients and Key Account clients (Ad Server + SSP)

     

    Internally you will closely work with Publisher Sales and Account Management, Client Services, Product and Squads (MMO, Audience, …).-

     

    This role will also be a key strategic partner for Sales & management to discuss SSP technical escalation, to identify technical up-selling and growth opportunities

     

    Responsibilities

    > Presales

    - Provide technical expertise and execute SSP demos for prospect meetings

    - Support Sales teams by authoring responses to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs

    - Build and deliver high stakes sales presentations and product demonstrations for new prospects

     

    > Onboarding

    - Build a strong understanding of the customer business needs and ensure that the relevant solutions are provided

    - Make sure the recommended setup is properly deployed and help to realign if any new constraint is raised

    - Provide technical training to Publisher’s operational and tech teams

    - Leading technical integration with new partners

     

    > Post sales

    - Build and deliver high stakes sales presentations and product demonstrations for strategic Clients

    - Provide technical expertise for any new project launched or problem to be solved

    - Evangelizing the product to existing clients and at field events such as industry tradeshows, training seminars, and private sales events

    - Train Publisher’s teams on new features / modules

     

    > Leadership

    - Build and lead a SSP Sales Engineers specialists team based in Europe executing projects across the FreeWheel Clients

    - Create a clear vision and specific measurable goals for team members and provide regular reporting and alerts towards his management

    - Coach Sales Engineers on the best practices of Sales Engineers team members, improvement of relevant skill sets and career development, and conduct quarterly performance review

    - Oversee the onboarding of new Sales Engineers and ongoing training of all team members

    - Streamline and establish internal & external processes in order to create an atmosphere of efficiency and collaboration between SSP teams and MRM SE & SA teams and other departments

    - Ensure strong partnership and collaborative working relationship with other leaders

    ABOUT YOU

    • Experience: 8-12 years in online advertising in a client-facing capacity
    • Strong management skills
    • Strong Knowledge of Video tech specificities with direct experience within a SSP or AdNetwork ideally with a background in trafficking or operations
    • Proven ability to drive large scale projects with open collaboration, strong leadership and careful attention to customer requirements
    • Able to prioritize requests and workload, keep to-do lists, and prioritize those lists within and across a variety of demands both internal and external
    • Excellent presentation skills and experience of presenting to senior management
    • Ability to evaluate customer requirements and aid in the determination of internal priorities
    • Effective organizational abilities, project management
    • Demonstrated problem analysis and resolution skills.
    • Very good communication skills, pedagogy and ability to interact smoothly with business and tech people, worldwide based teams
    • Eagerness to work in a rapidly changing team environment
    • Curious and fast learner
