As International Publisher Client Service Manager, you will be part of the day-to-day operations - in close interaction with our local Sales teams - of our business which includes both our self-service and managed service Publishers. You will closely work with Publisher Managers & Sales Engineers (our Publisher’s local contacts) in Europe and with Pub Advanced Service team based in Paris


As part of your role, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Support Publisher Managers for the smooth on-boarding of new Publishers
  • Set up sites, zones, floor prices, rules… in the Private Exchange according to Publisher’s guidelines
  • Provide fast answers to Local clients and Publisher Managers: how to, why, what, could you please set up?
  • Detect loss of business opportunities caused by blacklists, floor prices, technical issues and business trends, make recommendations to grow business
  • Troubleshooting
  • Gather Local client knowledge for faster troubleshooting or escalation if needed
  • Communicate and follow up local action plans suggested by Markets Global Customer Services team and in collaboration with Markets Local Sales teams


We are looking for a candidate with the following attributes:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Direct experience with sales house, ad network or SSP/DSP, ideally with a background in trafficking or operations
  • Fluent in English
  • Committed to delivering results for our clients
  • Curious and fast learner
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities
  • Eagerness to work in a rapidly changing team environment
  • Optional knowledge: Real Time Bidding and/or Yield management
