As part of our continued global growth, we are currently looking for a Buy Side Manager who will be responsible for the sales cycle, strategy and the development of DSP spend solely across the UK publisher portfolio.  This will include TV broadcasters, premium publishers, as well as video advertising networks.


The Role

  • Build a strategic plan to drive further spend from DSPs in the UK.
  • Troubleshoot issues around response rates and technical sell through rates for UK publishers.
  • Position our company as a reference of choice for buying premium video inventory and be fluent about the media ecosystem in the UK.
  • Devise a mobile In-App strategy to increase the amount of spend from DSPs.
  • Execute on strategic plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Build strong relationships and a pipeline of demand opportunities by engaging with all of the relevant integrated DSPs in the UK.
  • Build curated UK marketplaces for DSPs to buy inventory through Deal IDs.
  • Coordinate with the AdOps and DSP teams in order to ensure ad spend is delivered efficiently across the UK publisher portfolio.
  • Understand all UK publisher propositions across all platforms, which will be detailed to DSPs and their partners to drive incremental revenue.
  • Understand buying methods of DSPs to synergise with the inventory received from UK publishers.


We are looking for someone with the following attributes.

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or Computer Science.
  • Must have relevant experience in DSP or advertiser facing programmatic sales roles. 
  • A strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
  • Have a good working knowledge of 3rd party ad measurement software, especially in the areas of viewability, IVT and audience verification.
  • A natural results oriented individual, with interpersonal skills and an excellent business sense.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Hands-on experience working with DSPs.
  • Sales oriented, focused and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Self-starter, team-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital media sales. 
  • Passion for online video advertising and technology.
