    We are looking for a confident self-starter to join Freewheel Advertisers (FWA) (formally known as Adazzle pre-aquisition) in the newly established role of Product & Implementation Manager  The Product & Implementation Manager will take ownership of the successful implementation of our campaign management software for new clients.

    To be successful in this role, you must have detailed understanding of the campaign management needs of Media Agencies and have the ability to craft solutions required to satisfy these needs from cross-channel media planning through to post campaign reporting.



    • Own and evolve the implementation approach for target market segments
    • Develop deep understanding of our value proposition
    • Run demos of the solution to prospective clients
    • Conduct discovery sessions to understand the needs of prospective clients
    • Translate these needs into one or more proposed solutions
    • Influence the pipeline and implementation sequencing of projects
    • Work with a cross-functional team to deliver projects as planned
    • Report pipeline and progress to exec team and wider company


    • Experience in a related role implementing software either in a vendor or key client contact capacity
    • Knowledge of cross channel campaign management is a must. With experience in a media agency or solution provider to media agency
    • Requires excellent business analysis skills
    • Some project management experience preferable
    • Experience working in an Agile environment
    • Highly effective presenter and communicator
    • Assertive self-starter who enjoys collaborating cross-functionally to put the client first
