RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a confident self-starter to join Freewheel Advertisers (FWA) in a newly established role. Our Activation Manager will have a deep knowledge of the needs of our Media Agency clients, craft solutions collaboratively to meet their needs and work with the FWA team to make those solutions a reality.

To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable in a client facing role as well as working with Commercial through pre-sales, then taking ownership for the successful delivery of the software into the new client.

 

Responsibilities

  • Input into a product roadmap to evolve our solution offering over time
  • Own and evolve the implementation process for these market segments
  • Develop deep understanding of our value proposition
  • Run demos of the solution to prospective clients
  • Conduct needs assessments
  • Translate the business needs of prospective clients into one or more proposed solutions (working with Technical Account Manager)
  • Influence the pipeline and implementation sequencing of projects
  • Work with a cross-functional team to deliver projects as planned
  • Report pipeline and progress to exec team and wider company

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in a related role
  • Knowledge of campaign management is a must. With experience in a media agency or solution provider to media agency
  • Requires excellent business analysis skills
  • Some project management experience preferable
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Highly effective presenter and communicator
  • Assertive self-starter who enjoys collaborating cross-functionally to put the client first
