RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Director, Publisher Management, FR& BE, you will participate to the onboarding of new clients and also maintain strong relationships with your client portfolio (in France and Belgium) whilst proactively introducing new functionalities of our products which would help them boost their revenues.

 

There are two main aspects to this role:

1/ Account Management of a portfolio of clients:

  • Manage publisher requests on a daily basis. Answer their questions and assist with any queries they might have
  • Provide regular training on new functionalities to our current clients
  • Troubleshoot and make technical recommendations to help your clients maximize their revenue
  • Develop revenue streams with existing clients and implement best practices across the clients portfolio
  • Perform quantitative/strategic analysis of potential partnership opportunities or existing one
  • Assist Publisher Sales Director to present QBR to your clients and meet them on a regular basis to keep a good working relationship with them

 

2/ Demonstrate our SSP platform to prospective and new clients:

  • Participate in the sales cycle of our SSP platform,
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations for new prospects and existing clients,
  • Actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process,
  • Support Sales teams by authoring responses to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs,
  • Evaluate clients’ 1st and 3rd party data integration, digital media buying, and technology vendor requirements, and developing integration strategies for our platform,
  • Lead technical integration with new partners
  • Onboard new clients, making sure they are confident with the platform

ABOUT YOU

The right candidate will have the following experience:

  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or any analytical/quantitative discipline is preferred
  • A good understanding of our Video and Programmatic ecosystem. You will need to know about Instream, Pre-Roll, Outstream, VAST/VPAID tags, VTR, fiddler/charles, quartiles, SSP, DSP, DMP, Bid requests, Multibids…
  • Advanced knowledge of video advertising exchanges, behavioral targeting, and performance-based optimization strongly preferred
  • Ability to maintain a high level of customer service while managing multiple engagements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Exceptional large audience presentation skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to travel outside of Paris on a regular basis
