Directly reporting to the VP, international sales operation, you will support various senior executives throughout the organization by providing them with key data and analysis to give them an accurate overview of the business and help them with their decision making process.


You will provide valuable insights on drivers of sales performance and customer activities with the goal of growing and maintaining customer value. You will support various customer-facing leaders through identification, prioritization, implementation, and tracking of operational improvements.


As part of your duties you will: 


  • Gather internal needs in term of reporting and dashboards
  • Build and send regular reports internally, provide recommendations and insights
  • Lead highly structured analysis to understand sales pipeline and revenue performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and present recommendations to senior management for consideration
  • Ensure Data integrity by providing support and training to stakeholders
  • Understand the data drivers behind the business and continuously improve on the reporting of those factors; requiring collaboration with stakeholders across sales & other departments (Finance, Business Analytics, Product Management, & Services)

  • Generally requires 2-3 years related experience in an analytics role
  • Experience working in the media or advertising technology industry would be a big advantage
  • Rockstar MS Excel skills and advanced knowledge of Salesforce
  • Effective analytical and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to travel 30% of your time
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Experience with Tableau and PowerBi would be a plus.
