RESPONSIBILITIES

The Commercial Director Nordics/CEE will develop and lead the SSP and demand sales strategy and execution and will own the related revenue targets across the Scandinavian countries and mainly Sweden. Additionally, she/he will support the Key Account sales team in identifying strategic accounts in the assigned regions.

 

 

You will have the following duties and responsibilities:                                           

  • Identify sales opportunities across the region and follow up with an appropriate execution strategy
  • Foster continuous dialog with senior client stakeholders around issues impacting value generation.
  • Work with other business units within Comcast to leverage synergies and common expansion strategy and revenue goals
  • Develop, Manage and lead a senior team composed of Publisher Managers, Demand Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to drive new business
  • Owner for all forecasting and reporting of revenue targets in region.
  • Be a solution leader: Able to shape the roadmap of features requested by clients and lead discussion in relation with our Product team.
  • Be viewed as a thought leader in industry circles by speaking at industry forums, publishing articles and delivering innovative solutions
  • Support innovation around our service delivery model and provide guidance and support organizations on how to execute improvements

ABOUT YOU

The right candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Familiar with the full spectrum of the programmatic Online Video ecosystem. A previous experience in managing SSP or DSP solutions would be considered a plus.
  • Sales experience working in the Nordics region preferably
  • Ability to cultivate, and manage high-level client relationships (e.g. C-level, VP, or Director)
  • Be consultative, deliver clear messaging to our customers around strategy, vision, and most importantly, how our solutions can roadmap to bring value to the customer.  
  • Fluent in English, additional language(s) from the region Nordics a plus
  • Ability to travel 50% of your time to the Nordics region
  • Optimistic with a strong sense of humour
  • Genuinely intrigued by the opportunity to help reshape TV as we know it
